Overview
The IDP HVAC Type D Insulated Line Set is a pre-insulated copper tubing assembly for mini-split AC and heat pump systems. Each coil is 164ft (50m) of annealed copper with 1/2″ closed-cell PE foam insulation, supplied without flared nuts for field-flaring to your unit’s requirements.

Example D1412164: D = Type D · 14 = 1/4″ tube · 12 = 1/2″ (suction/insulation) · 164 = 164ft coil.

Mini-split and ductless heat pump systems 9k–36k BTU. Match the tube (liquid-line) size to your outdoor unit nameplate; field-flare and cut the 164ft coil to the required run length.

- Without flared nuts — flare ends on-site with a proper flaring tool; follow torque specs.
