The K-FLEX Coated Rubber Insulated Copper Line Set is a pre-insulated copper tubing assembly for mini-split AC and heat pump systems. 3/8″ liquid line paired with 5/8″, 3/4″ or 7/8″ suction line, insulated with flexible NBR/PVC rubber foam by K-FLEX, then finished with a UV-resistant coated outer jacket. Every unit ships Coated as standard — no coating selection required at checkout.

About K-FLEX Coated Rubber

K-FLEX is a closed-cell NBR/PVC elastomeric foam. The outer coated rubber jacket provides additional moisture and UV protection, making it suitable for exposed line set runs. All models below are Coated by default.
